Ken Fraser is President of Fraser Group, a firm providing market information and product development services to the employee benefits industry. Fraser Group is well known within the industry for its annual reports on pricing, profitability and market share.
Ken has worked as an independent consultant since 1984 serving clients in insurance and financial services as well as governments and non-profit organizations. He has designed a wide variety of market research initiatives as well as advising on marketing strategy, pricing, and expense management.
Prior to 1984, Ken worked as an underwriter and market manager for a Canadian insurer. His final position there was Marketing Director responsible for pricing and product development in U.S. Group Operations.
Ken is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and is a frequent contributor to industry conferences and publications.
Outside of work, Ken is married with four children and enjoys travel, sailing, skiing and home renovations.
Daniela Mathura is a Research Manager at Fraser Group and is the Project Manager for a number of annual studies on market share, profitability and unit costs.
She has been with the organization for over 10 years and has earned the CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) designation in addition to her MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
Outside of work Daniela enjoys reading, watching movies, working out, and spending time with her family, friends and two dogs.
Heidy Zunn is a Project Manager at Fraser Group. She received her Masters Degree from McGill University and has earned the CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) designation.
When not immersed in the world of employee benefits, Heidy can be found theorizing about urban social issues.
